Lock Down

My daughters school was locked down yesterday for about an hour you can read an article about the incident here.

I didn't hear about it until she was on the way home from school which is probably a good thing, cause it was over and I didn't panic. Whew! So anyway the police were looking for a burglary suspect in an apt complex right next to the high school where my daughter attends, they didn't find him but apparently had a tip that he was there. One really weird thing about this is that they were at the same apt unit that my sister moved out of about 1 year ago. So it was strange watching the view from the camera on the helicopter focused down on her old apt.
